Bell, Hughes, & Coleman consists of two distinct brands under one company - Ron Bell Injury Lawyers and Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers. Ron Bell Injury Lawyers, located in New Mexico, merged with Hughes & Coleman and now works collaboratively with the Kentucky and Tennessee-based firm.

I have done extensive work for Bell, Hughes, & Coleman, including managing social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Tiktok), blog writing and editing, graphic design, videography, PR, communications and media coordination, event management, and more.

Utilizing email automation and journey builder tools within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we created a series of welcome emails to send to new clients who enter our Litify database. The first email in the series features a video from founding partner Lee Coleman detailing what to expect as a client of the firm, common questions, and tips to maximize case value.

SEO-OPTIMIZED VIDEOS

When creating long form content, we had to consider more than just what our audience would find helpful. With Google algorithms constantly changing and rewarding those who produce informative, original content, we needed to ensure we were tailoring our videos to boost our performance and get our brand to the top of search results pages. Using SEO tactics and a regular posting cadence, we were able to get many of our videos to appear as featured snippets on Google.
