Coleman Legal Group, created in 2022 as an extension of Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers, was formed for handling non-injury related cases. Specifically, Coleman Legal handles ERTC (Employee Retention Tax Credit) claims for businesses. Because Hughes & Coleman Injury Lawyers was a well-established firm with 35 years of handling exclusively personal injury cases, the Coleman Legal Group brand was created to avoid muddling the parent company’s reputation as a leading personal injury firm.
Thousands of mailers were sent to Kentucky, Tennessee, and Ohio businesses.
Digital ad campaigns, including on Facebook and Instagram, were ran with A/B testing to determine what imagery resonated most with potential clients and drove more traffic to the website.
